You've peppered your poem with P's!

Hi Gemma,

No rain at all? Hope it will rain soon to water your lawn §:-)

But looking on that chess board, nothing can bet the beauty of the sun & shadows.

Happy Sunday when You wake up.

Greetings,
/CC girl

I hope that these checker pieces are not made of concrete - it would be difficult to stay 'King Me' and actually move these from square to square...

Oh, me! Oh, my! What an enchanting image! Makes you want to 'play'! Not to mention the 'coolness' factor.

I've heard of "Draughts" before - but never have I seen the game visualized before! Especially outdoors, with lots & lots of shadows.

That's one big game of checkers! Great Shot!

It may mean the same thing, but in Texas, that would be a giant checkerboard.

Nice shadows on the checker board and awesome haiku to follow up.

I've always wanted a big game like that in my garden. Love the photo.

I like the play of shadows on the board. But since I'm not a great player, I'm not sure that I'd like the people around to see how poorly I play. Oh, I rather caught your 'p' bug!
